Empowering Campus Services through Professional Training

Training and Consultancy Services

At Sun Glint, we understand that an institution's success relies on an efficient, aligned administrative and logistics team. We provide bespoke training and advisory support to address the communication and cultural challenges international schools face, helping build sustainable internal management systems, including:

Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Designing scenario-based drills and role-swapping activities to bridge gaps between administration, facilities, and academic support.

Communication Skills for Frontline Staff: Standardizing interaction protocols for security and cleaning crews to ensure "respect and understanding" are reflected in every student-staff engagement.

Middle Management Leadership: Practical training for supervisors in team building, stress management, and performance feedback to ensure school policies are executed efficiently.

Service Culture & Community Engagement

We believe premium service stems from a shared educational philosophy. Through our Service Culture Workshops, we align logistics teams with the school’s core values. Additionally, we actively co-curate campus events to foster a warm and meaningful educational atmosphere.

R&D Director: Ms. Fang Mengcheng

Ms. Fang has long specialized in Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) curriculum design for both adolescents and adults, with expertise in team management, technical R&D, and educational product innovation.

She possesses a profound theoretical foundation and extensive practical experience, particularly in the field of social-emotional wellness curricula.

Since 2021, Ms. Fang has been deeply involved in curriculum R&D, leading her team to complete the design and implementation of several core projects.

She has progressively developed Sun Glint’s signature "Zhuo Xin Zhi Zhen" Growth System—a systematic framework focused on student mental health, social-emotional growth, and a comprehensive campus support culture.

In youth SEL curricula, Ms. Fang places special emphasis on emotional recognition and expression, social skills training, and the building of collaborative abilities.

Through situational simulations and interactive course designs, she helps students enhance their empathy, conflict resolution skills, and resilience in the face of challenges.

In the field of adult and team training, her curriculum focuses on emotional management, stress regulation, and the cultivation of deep interpersonal relationships.

She has developed modules such as "Emotional Cognition and Regulation" and "Professional Communication Skills Enhancement" to assist faculty, administrative, and logistics teams in navigating complex interpersonal and psychological challenges in their daily work.

The core philosophy of the "Zhuo Xin Zhi Zhen" Growth System is to be student-centered and guided by the practical needs of the educational environment.

It provides the entire campus with sustainable, actionable, and visible support for holistic human development.
